How do I find my delegations?
To find an individual delegation use the search function in the top right corner. Search for keywords (e.g. infringement, road or water) or an individual’s job title. If the job title search shows no results, consider whether the title was changed.
How do I make changes to the delegations?
Changes to direct delegations must be approved by Council resolution. Changes to sub-delegations, from the Chief Executive, must be approved by the Chief Executive.
The General Counsel may authorise amending the delegations register to:
- Give effect to any Council resolution.
- Give effect to a memo from the Chief Executive relating to sub-delegations.
- Make any typographical or grammatical corrections.
To request a typographical or grammatical correction, please contact the General Counsel.
How do I find the record of my warrant?
To find an individual warrant:
(1) Login using the top right ‘login’ button.
(2) Enter the warrants section by clicking the warrants tab on the top ribbon.
(3) Use the left side search function (below the Warrants header) to search for the name of the warranted individual.
How do I change my warrant?
Locodelegations is a record of warrants and delegations. Changes to warrants must be approved by the appropriate authorizing individual, typically the CE or COO.
How do I find the delegations policies?
The financial, human resource and general delegations policies are located in the Introduction tab.
How do I find the delegations for my team?
To find an individual delegation, see the FAQ “How do I find my delegations?”
To find the delegations for multiple parties:
(1) Login using the top right ‘login’ button.
(2) Enter the reports section by clicking the reports tab on the top ribbon.
(3) Enter the report of delegations by position by clicking ‘Full Report’ in the ‘Position Info’ box.
(4) Reduce the report to show only your team by clicking the filter button next to ‘Delegate Role’ and select the members of your team.
How do I know if a delegations is a delegation direct from Council or a sub-delegation from the Chief Executive?
Unless stated otherwise all delegations to officers, except to the Chief Executive, are sub-delegations from the Chief Executive, except under those listed below where all delegations are direct from Council:
